With customer service via telemarketing receiving strong demands also from an economic rationality point of view, we have managed to double our sales from 5 years ago. However, recent business scope requested from our Client Companies has not only extended but deepened, thus we now enter into an era of high-expertise.
Because we play the role and are responsible as a bridge to the client company and their consumers, we consider satisfaction on both ends, that is, to enhance quality as our endless task, and fulfilling trust and expectations is essential to our continuous growth.
Despite the IT progress, we believe that "human" is always the course of interaction, therefore to improve service quality by integrating IT and human resources, and for ourselves to become an creative ensemble, we take great pride in our commitment to our "Human Resource."
Along with our human resource development, focusing on emerging genuinely valuable solutions to our customers , and furthermore, on top of saturated spirit on compliance, streamlining internal control and enhancement of governance, are essential to become a corporation with strong presence, would project branding to our Stock holders, as well as expansion of our Client companies.
