Dividen payout ratio is targeted at 50%
MOSHI MOSHI HOTLINE intends to redeem premium to shareholders looking to 50% consolidated dividend payout ratio for March 2013 on the basis of our dividend policy.
On October 1st, 2011, outstanding shares of MHL stock as of September 30 of the same year were split by the ratio of 2-for-1.
